JES ROCKS!
Hmmm.. Things change huh?
Had already prepared myself for a new job like 1 month ago and yet I rejected it once again.! Ha~
Jes is really a difficult woman ~_~
But hey, why should I accept a job which is not what i want? If that's the case, it's gonna defeat the purpose of me leaving KPMG! I might as well go back isn't it? haha
Nevertheless, let's not to talk about the "past tense", I'm more interested to move on to the "present tense" instead :P
Went for this job interview yesterday and ha! Seems like this is what I'm looking for and it's something which can make me feel CHALLENGED.
Got to say that it's really important for Jes to stay in a firm that have lots of things for me to learn :D
Anyway, apart from my salary, it provides transportation allowance, commission and mobile phone. So it's not that bad afterall huh =P
Most importantly, this company is not those "old fashion" type of operating style and for sure, I DO NOT NEED TO GO BACK TO OFFICE ON A WEEKEND!
Pui!
I super duper hate to drag myself back to the company on a weekend just to do follow ups. I mean I don't mind working from home - checking emails, doing company researches etc
But why should I report back???? >(
Everyone has the rights to have their own life isn't it? If not why should we emphasize on work-life balance?
Expecting us to OT everyday on weekdays and reporting back to work on Sat. Ha!
(I'll consider doing that only if the company is worth it OR I'm very well paid)
Furthermore, some companies might not even open on wkends. So how to go for appointments? Meet ghosts?? -.-x
Nevertheless, back to e topic. The interview yesterday was a success. Supposedly there's gonna be a 2nd round interview but the manager said that she's very comfortable with me and she hopes that I can join them.
So, that's how I got the job! =P
Hehe.. Not sure if it's my dream job yet but of cos, I believe that it's the best for me at this present stage ;)
Can't wait to get started on my new job 2wks later and of cos, study hard too for my coming exams!
I'm glad that I've made so much changes to my 2010 and am looking forward to new resolutions in the next coming year!
Gambateh Jes! Hehehe~ (=^_________^=).v.
